Once you place your order online, a sales representative will contact you during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is best to start ordering as early as possible in the planning process and have the desired items completed at least two weeks before the desired delivery date.

There is no minimum order requirement for rental products, although certain items are available in set rack and pack quantities. Glassware is rented in full racks, with the number of glasses per rack determined by their size, ranging from 12 to 49 glasses. Racking is implemented for accurate inventory management and to maintain sanitary conditions. Dinnerware, flatware, and napkins are rented in plastic-wrapped packs of 10, while chargers are available in packs of 5.

The equipment can be utilized for a 24-hour (1 event day) period without incurring extra charges. We employ a tiered pricing system for extended rental durations as follows: a 1.35 rental rate for 2 event days, a 1.5 rental rate for 3 to 7 days, a 2.0 rental rate for 8 to 14 days, a 2.5 rental rate for 15 to 21 days, and a 3.0 rental rate for 22 to 28 days.

Our standard freight service comprises a fixed-rate covering both delivery and pick-up, scheduled between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday on regular business days. This indicates that our drivers will arrive at any time within that specified range. Moreover, we provide optional service add-ons for priority routing with timed specific windows and for deliveries or pick-ups required beyond our standard business hours. Our preferred payment method is direct bank transfer. However, we accept Jazz Cash and Easy Paisa. If you want to pay by check, you must apply for credit terms.
